DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Orders within Colombo (1–15) are typically delivered within 1–3 working days. Deliveries outside Colombo may take approximately 3–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and overall order volume. Deliveries are not carried out on Sundays or public holidays. Any orders placed on such days will be processed and dispatched on the
next working day.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard shipping rates apply to most orders. However, orders exceeding the allocated weight limit may incur additional charges based on the excess weight, ensuring fair and accurate delivery pricing.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations. For COD orders, our delivery partner may contact you in advance to confirm the delivery time and ensure a smooth and secure handover.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & COMMUNICATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation notification. Our delivery partners may also reach out prior to delivery for coordination, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.
